Starting at $80 for a bag of 48 units, you may have custom logos etched in your ice, please include an image below (on this page) on our intake form. Please note: not all designs work in ice. While we will make every effort, our canvas is limited to 2 inches, so initials, simplified images, and names with fewer than 5 letters work best for recognition. It is preferable to send the following (vector) formats: .pdf, .svg, .ai, .edf. If you don’t have those formats, send us what you have and we will do our best to vectorize it or find a similar image that will work.

We offer crystal clear ice cubes with a curated selection of flowers suspended inside. Crafting these frozen marvels involves a meticulous process of directional freezing to ensure clarity. We selectively eliminate any cubes with excessive bubbles, ensuring each piece meets our standards. Enhance your gatherings with these unique creations, available at $399 for a bag of 48 cubes.

We offer perfectly machined ice spheres. Spheres are robotically pressed from slabs of clear ice. It requires about 2.5x the amount of ice used in our cubes to fabricate. They measure 55mm or 2.165” in diameter. Available at $120 for a bag of 40 spheres. We do not offer logos inside of these yet..

We will deliver anywhere within the immediate Los Angeles area in our freezer van. Pricing starts at $60. Outside LA, prices vary depending on milage. We will ask for a delivery window of at least one hour on your event date. We do not offer pickup under any circumstances.

We do NOT offer pickup from our facility. All our ice is delivered in our freezer van in order to maintain quality control. If the ice melts at all during transport, it will freeze together and become unusable. If your venue doesn’t have a freezer, we do offer disposable coolers with dry ice (for an additional charge.)

Yes, the ice needs to stay frozen. Shocking, we know.

For best results, store your ice in a freezer between 20–30°F. This keeps the cubes crystal clear and structurally intact for service.

If your event doesn’t have freezer access, we offer disposable insulated coolers with dry ice for $75.
Each cooler typically holds up to 6 bags of ice depending on the size selected.

These are designed to maintain proper temperature for the duration of your events, so your ice shows up looking incredible instead of looking like… water.

You’re getting big cubes so make sure your vessels aren’t too small! Make sure the bottom and the top of your vessels measure at least 2.84” in diameter so you can fit your beautiful 2” cubes.

1. NATURE OF THE PRODUCT: Ice is a perishable food item. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

2. PAYMENT & ORDER FINALIZATION: Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Once payment has been received and the transaction is finalized, no changes to products, quantities, artwork, engravings, delivery details, delivery times, or design requests can be accommodated.

3. PRODUCT HANDLING: Responsibility for the product transfers to the client upon delivery. Client is responsible for maintaining proper frozen storage and handling after delivery.

4. DELIVERY INFORMATION: Client is responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions, delivery address, parking information, loading dock or access instructions, on-site contact name, and a working phone number. West Coast Ice Pro is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

5. LARGE PROPERTY LOGISTICS: Delivery is made to the agreed-upon delivery location. Any movement of product throughout a hotel, venue, campus, or large property is the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Any special delivery requirements must be disclosed prior to delivery.

6. LIABILITY: West Coast Ice Pro is not responsible for melting, damage, deterioration, thermal fractures, or loss resulting from improper storage, handling, weather, heat exposure, direct sunlight, airflow, uneven surfaces, or other conditions beyond our control after delivery.

7. SETUP & REMOVAL: Unless specifically included on the invoice, setup, teardown, removal, disposal, tables, linens, buckets, drainage, electrical, and other venue requirements are the client's responsibility.

8. CANCELLATIONS: Deposits, design fees, booking fees, and payments are non-refundable. Cancellation of an order does not entitle the client to a refund.

9. ACCEPTANCE: By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed the invoice for accuracy and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
