Ice sculptures require a minimum 9-day lead time to allow for design coordination, client approval, and precise production.

Our ice luges start at $599, with table centerpieces available from $499 for prefab designs. All pricing includes lighting and drip trays. Please refer to our menu for additional pricing and options.

Most sculptures retain their detail for 4–6 hours. Actual lifespan depends on several factors including size, level of detail, room temperature, sunlight, airflow, and whether the piece is indoors or outdoors. In typical indoor conditions, ice will naturally shrink at roughly one inch per hour.

Custom sculptures are designed with the event in mind. An outdoor ice luge may be built thicker for longevity, while a short-term display can feature finer detail since it only needs to look perfect for a limited window.

We never use molds. Each sculpture is carved from a 300-lb crystal-clear ice block, and larger designs are often created by sculpting and bonding multiple blocks together.

Our process uses modern, precision equipment including CNC routers, band saws, and lathes. Our studio is equipped with both state-of-the-art technology and time-tested methods that ice carvers have relied on for generations.

All sculptures are delivered and installed by our event team. Our staff is trained to handle placement and perform on-site repairs if needed to ensure the sculpture looks its best throughout your event.

We are primarily delivering in the greater Los Angeles area. We can deliver to further locations with an elevated delivery fee which would be determined by milage.

We do not offer breakdown services, as we specialize in small and medium-sized ice pieces. After your event, we recommend allowing the ice to melt naturally in an appropriate area such as near a floor drain or on grass.

Ice will melt completely over time, as ice tends to do, requiring no special disposal.

1. Nature of Product
   Ice sculptures are perishable, temporary display pieces made of ice. Melting is expected and unavoidable. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

2. Product Handling & Environmental Conditions
   Ice behavior is affected by temperature, sun exposure, wind, and venue conditions. These factors are outside of our control and do not constitute defect or fault. Client accepts that variations in appearance and longevity are inherent to ice.

3. Delivery, Setup, and Transfer of Responsibility
   Once the sculpture has been delivered and fully set up, all responsibility transfers to the client. This includes supervision, crowd interaction, environmental exposure, and general site safety.

4. Liability & Assumption of Risk
   West Coast Ice Pro is not liable for any injuries, accidents, slips, falls, property damage, or losses arising from the presence of the ice sculpture after setup. Client assumes full responsibility for all risks associated with the sculpture once installed.

5. Client Safety Obligations
   Client is responsible for maintaining a safe environment around the sculpture, including placement, barriers if necessary, monitoring melt water, and managing guest interaction. Ice sculptures are display pieces, not touch exhibits, despite what guests may believe.

6. Logistics and Property Access
   Client must provide accurate and complete delivery instructions, including access points, surface conditions, distances, stairs, elevators, and any obstacles. Failure to disclose site conditions may impact placement or setup and does not constitute fault on our part.

7. Location and On-Site Contact
   Client is responsible for providing accurate location details and an on-site contact with a reachable phone number. Delays or issues caused by incorrect information are the client’s responsibility.

8. Design Finality
   Once payment is received, all designs, dimensions, and artwork are final. No changes or revisions will be made after confirmation.

9. Quality Review at Delivery
   Client must inspect the sculpture at the time of delivery. Any concerns must be raised immediately upon setup. Issues reported after acceptance will not be eligible for adjustment.

10. Indemnification
    Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless West Coast Ice Pro, its employees, and contractors from any claims or liabilities arising from the sculpture after setup.
